The Richard L. Roudebush VAMC in Indianapolis, IN, has a requirement for the purchase and installation of 20 Arjo brand patient lifts-18 Maxi Sky 2 Series and 2 Maxi Sky 1000. Installation Service should include removal of all previous overhead mounted patient lifts, appropriate configuration and installation of all Unistrut with direct mounting to the building. The installation shall also include certification for compliance as required by AL14-07PSA Checklist. Service must be provided by OEM certified technician and must use certified OEM parts.
