The contractor shall furnish labor, tools, material and equipment necessary to provide Dumpster Services at Burnsville Lake in accordance with the Solicitation, the Performance Work Statement and any future Amendments to the Solicitation. This Contract includes one (1) year base period and four (4) options periods of one (1) year each.The contractor shall provide nine dumpsters that are 4 cubic yards in size and four dumpsters that are 6 cubic yards in size. Dumpsters shall be located in the recreation areas as specified on the calendars provided within the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details The contractor shall furnish labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide dumpster services at Burnsville Lake in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor is required to provide nine dumpsters that are 4 cubic yards in size and four dumpsters that are 6 cubic yards in size, located in specified recreation areas. Each dumpster must have at least two lightweight lids for ease of use by park visitors and must be maintained in good condition, free from graffiti, excessive dents, and rust. Dumpsters should be brown or green to blend with the environment. They must be disinfected each time they are emptied to prevent odors and unsanitary conditions. If a dumpster becomes unsanitary, it must be replaced or cleaned immediately. The contractor is responsible for cleaning up any trash around the dumpsters before dumping their contents and for disinfecting any contaminated areas if unsanitary materials escape during collection. Dumpsters should be positioned completely inside their enclosures after emptying, and any damage caused during service must be repaired by the contractor. Period of Performance The contract has a base period of performance from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with four optional one-year extensions available. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Burnsville Lake, located at 2550 South Main Street, Burnsville, WV 26335.
