Background The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Services (OPALS) at the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking to award a noncompetitive contract for a Cost-Per-Test (CPT) Agreement for Flow Cytometry Testing. The contract is intended to support the mission of BAMC, which is a level 1 trauma center.
