Background The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Services (OPALS) at the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking to award a noncompetitive contract for a Cost-Per-Test (CPT) Agreement for Flow Cytometry Testing. The contract is intended to support the mission of BAMC, which is a level 1 trauma center. The award will be made to Beckman Coulter, Inc., the only vendor authorized by the FDA to provide the required instrumentation and reagents necessary for flow cytometry testing. Work Details The contract includes the provision of an FDA-approved Clinical Flow Cytometry Platform and associated reagents and support services.
