Background

The St. Paul, Minnesota, Veterans Affairs Regional Office (VARO), part of the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), is issuing a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to provide supplies and incidental installation services for the Monitoring Camera and Motion Detector Installations project. This project aims to enhance security measures within the facility. Work Details: The project scope includes: - Replacement, removal, and disposal of twenty (20) existing NetBotz 435/445 surveillance cameras. - Installation of twenty (20) new surveillance cameras along with one (1) rack mount that supports universal sensors for door contact, leak detection, humidity, smoke, temperature, and vibration. - Provision of a standalone server for internal storage to store camera data externally to the VA network. - Installation of seven (7) camera pods that provide high-definition video surveillance with motion detection and customizable motion alerts for zones throughout the data center. - Provision of software licenses for these cameras compatible with the aforementioned camera pods. Period of Performance: Ninety (90) calendar days from the date of award.
