This Request for Information (RFI) is for the provide bacterial/enzyme drain and sewer treatment services at Barksdale AFB The requirement description is a follows: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform bacterial/enzyme drain maintenance utilizing injection pumps at Barksdale AFB outlined in Statement of Work (SOW) . The contractor shall perform all drain maintenance activities that maintain clear drains by use of bacterial/enzymes in accordance with Blanket Purchase Agreement specifications unless otherwise directed: The following attachments are applicable to this Request for Information:

Background This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the provision of bacterial/enzyme drain and sewer treatment services at Barksdale Air Force Base (AFB). The goal of this contract is to maintain clear drains through the use of bacterial and enzyme treatments, aligning with the specifications outlined in the Blanket Purchase Agreement. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform bacterial/enzyme drain maintenance utilizing injection pumps at Barksdale AFB. Specific tasks include: 1. Provide and install bacterial/enzyme injection pump. 2. Service injection stations as needed. 3. Ensure a minimum of 160 billion live bacteria are dosed daily. 4. Replenish bacterial/enzymes as needed. The contractor must take care not to damage government property, with immediate repair or replacement required for any damages caused by the contractor. Additionally, all debris must be removed from the site by the end of each workday. Place of Performance Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana
