Work Details The selected firm(s) will provide consulting services across several key areas: 1) Develop a sustainable governance model for OTH; 2) Design and implement a sustainable business model; 3) Update the comprehensive market analysis; 4) Create an efficient data architecture framework for data sharing. Specific tasks include assessing current governance structures, facilitating stakeholder engagement, identifying diversified revenue streams, conducting market analysis for the ocean technology sector, and designing a scalable data architecture. Period of Performance The contract is expected to commence upon approval and conclude by or before August 2026. Place of Performance Services will be performed primarily in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
