Construction of New IT Building

Santa Fe Indian School is seeking competitive sealed qualifications and bid proposals for the construction of a new 4,500 square foot IT building located on campus. This facility will include a new server room, deployment area, conference center, and new administration offices for school IT staff, as well as restrooms, a break area, and storage areas to enhance IT learning opportunities on campus. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, at 1:30 PM Mountain Standard Time at the Santa Fe Indian School Paolo Soleri Amphitheater, located at 1501 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505. Bidding is open to all licensed and qualified General Contractors. Interested parties can request a copy of the Invitation to Bid and Instructions to Bidders by contacting Marc Gonzales of Buffalo Design Architects via email at mgonzales@buffaloarch.com. Full contract documents can be accessed through the Albuquerque Reprographics Online Plan room at https://www.ariplans.com/projects/public. Any questions or requests for information must be submitted in writing to the Architectural Project Manager, as phone calls will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, April 3rd, 2026, Mountain Standard Time. Bids, including competitive bids and qualifications, should be emailed or delivered to Gary Lujan, Director of Trust Land Management, at glujan@sfis.k12.nm.us by the specified deadline to be considered.
