WECC Reliability Testing and Technical Apparatus Support

Idaho Falls Power (IFP) is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing professional power-related engineering services associated with WECC compliance testing and technical apparatus support. Submissions of the RFQ will be received by IFP until Friday, 30 January 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Submissions may be provided to Idaho Falls Power at 140 S. Capital, Idaho Falls, ID 83405 or via email to sboorman@ifpower.org and kwest@ifpower.org. The project includes work related to WECC compliance testing and technical apparatus support, and SOQs will be evaluated by IFP personnel to select the most qualified respondent. IFP anticipates entering into a professional services agreement with the selected firm for the current WECC testing cycle, with optional renewal for subsequent testing cycles, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
