Background The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the West Fork #9 Reclamation Project located in Harrison County, WV. Period of Performance The contract period begins upon award and extends through the completion of the project as specified in the contract documents. Place of Performance The work will be performed at the West Fork #9 reclamation site located in Harrison County, West Virginia.
