Roosevelt High & Washington High School Auditorium Renovations Project

Sealed bids are being sought for the Auditorium Renovations Project at Roosevelt High and Washington High School. The bids must be submitted to the Central Services Center located at 1101 North Western Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the same location at 2:00 PM on that day. Following the opening, the bids will be presented to the School Board at their next regular meeting, adhering to Board policy. All bids must comply with the forms and specifications included in the proposed contract documents. The contract documents and specifications are available for examination and can be obtained at the office of Architecture Incorporated, located at 415 South Main Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
