This acquisition is a 100% SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) Set-Aside. Contractor must be SDVOSB certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA). The NAICS is 562112- Hazardous Waste Collection and size standard is $47 Million. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 12 Procedures. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract resulting form this solicitation to the responsible offeror who offers the lowest price, whose offered price is found fair and reasonable, and whose offer is found technically acceptable when considering the non-price evaluation factors. Offerors who fail to meet any technical acceptability evaluation factors will not be eligible to receive contract award. In order to be eligible for award the offeror must comply with all the requirements in the solicitation. Specific instructions are included in FAR 52.212-1- Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1.
