PN: 636A6-23-101 Construct Steam Tunnel (DM)

Background

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 23 (NSO23) and Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS), located in Des Moines, IA, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Project Number: 636A6-23-101 Construct Steam Tunnel. This project is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Work Details: The contractor will be responsible for providing all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete infrastructure upgrades and the expansion of the existing steam distribution system along with the construction of a walkable tunnel system. The project will adhere to the construction documents provided. Period of Performance: The duration of the period of performance should not exceed 540 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
