Ft. Stewart Base Operation Support Services - Consolidation

Background

The United States Army Garrison (USAG) at Fort Stewart is seeking to consolidate four separate contracts into a single contract for Base Operation Support Services (BASOPS). The goal of this consolidation is to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery while aligning with the Army's mission objectives. The current contracts include BASOPS, scales inspection and maintenance, grease traps servicing, and elevator maintenance and repair services. The total estimated value of the consolidated contract will be approximately $286,566,010.20.

Work Details

The contractor will provide comprehensive base operations support services that include: - Unaccompanied housing services - Facilities engineering services management - Pest management - Snow, ice, and sand removal - Maintenance of facilities - Maintenance and repair of both surfaced and unsurfaced areas. The contractor must adhere to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) associated with Solicitation number W5168W25R0030. This consolidation aims to eliminate redundancies in service delivery and improve overall mission effectiveness.

Period of Performance

The contract will include a sixty (60)-day phase-in period followed by a ten (10) month base period and four (4) one-year options.
