FCI Gilmer 2nd Qtr FY26 Food/Subsistence

Background

This solicitation is issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons for food service items to be delivered to FCI Gilmer. The goal of the contract is to provide a variety of food products, including meats, dairy, and other subsistence items, to meet the dietary needs of the facility. The following food items are required under this contract: 1. Beef Patty, 4 oz - 6,000 LB 2. Roast Beef, Raw - 6,000 LB 3. Turkey Roast, Raw - 2,500 LB 4. Chicken Patty Breaded - 5,000 LB 5. Hot dogs - 1,000 LB 6. Chicken Boneless/Skinless - 15,000 LB 7. Pizza Cheese - 25,000 EA 8. Fish Fillet - 2,000 LB 9. Italian Sausage - 1,000 LB 10. Pork Roast - 4,000 LB 11. Chicken Leg Quarters - 5,000 LB 12. Margarine (various types) - Total of 1,127 CS and 1,000 LB 13. Mozzarella Cheese - 3,000 LB 14. Beans (Lentils and Pinto) - Total of 11,000 LB 15. Sugar Substitute and Mayonnaise (various types) - Total of 199 CS 16. Coffee Cake Mix and other dessert items totaling over 30,500 EA. 17. Various cleaning supplies including aprons and dishwashing detergent. 18. Weekly deliveries of dairy products including Kosher Skim Milk (200,000 EA) and Cottage Cheese (95 CO).

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026.

Place of Performance

All deliveries will be made to Federal Bureau of Prisons FCI Gilmer located at 201 FCI LANE Glenville, WV 26351.
