OO ALC Channel Update Synopsis

Background

The government is seeking a mass communication, cloud-based, FedRAMP approved commercial solution platform for digital signage on a government-managed unclassified network. This initiative aims to enhance communication across various geographically separated units using TV monitors. Vendors must be FedRAMP approved and demonstrate software compliance with the DoDIN APL and have an Authority to Operate (ATO) for use on the US Air Force NIPRnet. Work Details: The contractor will provide professional support services, including: 1. Hardware, Software, and Equipment: Delivery dates are to be determined. 2. Project Management: An overall schedule must be provided within 14 days of contract award, along with weekly progress reports until project completion. The contractor must communicate any schedule delays within 48 hours and provide reach-back capability for administrative issues within 24 hours during business hours. Software updates and maintenance will be at the contractor's expense. 3. Planning: Conduct surveys and network design with government escort in sensitive areas. The contractor will identify additional equipment needed within 21 days of contract award and ensure compatibility with Hill Air Force Base network architecture. 4. Equipment Staging and Installation: The contractor will configure equipment at a designated staging location, transport it to the installation site, and install it according to the approved Network Design. 5. Software Installation: The contractor will install software per DOD Instruction 8510.01 and provide immediate support post-implementation. 6. Training: User training sessions for both end users and advanced users will be provided, including detailed training on dashboard operations and troubleshooting. 7. Documentation: Broadcasting tests must be conducted for each TV with results submitted in PDF format within specified timeframes. Place of Performance: The contract work will take place at Hill Air Force Base and other designated locations as specified by the government.
