Background

The Lt. Col. Luke J. Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN 38104 has a requirement for Project# 614-20-109 Cooling Tower Replacement. This contract is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C section 8127 (d). Work Details: The contractor shall replace the main cooling tower along with the condenser water pumps and primary and secondary chilled water pumps. Col. Luke J. Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN, in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided. A temporary portable cooling tower will be utilized to support available capacity during the equipment ordering process and installation. Period of Performance: The contractor shall complete the work required in a total of 365 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
