WICA Replace HVAC system in Elevator Bldg.

Background

The National Park Service (NPS), MWR NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a solicitation for Wind Cave National Park, located in Hot Springs, SD. The goal of this contract is to remove and replace the HVAC system in the elevator building, which is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of the facility. Work Details: The work consists of demolishing, removing, and disposing of the existing 10-ton split HVAC system. The contractor will provide a new split system along with a new housekeeping pad as specified in the project drawings. All systems must be connected to ensure a complete and functional HVAC setup. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract is 60 calendar days, with an anticipated notice to proceed issued around mid to end-July 2025. Place of Performance: The construction projects will be performed at Wind Cave National Park Elevator Building, located at 26611 US Highway 385, Hot Springs SD 57747.
