LOCATION: Blackwell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center 4155 County Highway H Laona, WI 54541 SITE VISIT: Contractors are advised to inspect the facility and site prior to submitting an offer. Due to inclement weather, a second site visit will be held on 3 February 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
