This extension is justified under certain circumstances that allow for exceptions to fair opportunity. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued support for critical USCIS systems that facilitate immigration benefit processing. Work Details The SPEED Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the need for Information Technology Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) services to maintain major USCIS systems. The specific tasks include: 1. Revising the I-485 form according to the Director’s accelerated timeline. 2. Implementing automatic biometrics scheduling following I-148 updates, targeted for Q3 of FY26. 3. Continuing the decommissioning of outdated forms from internal systems through the transition to RIVER. 4. Implementing new interview waiver requirements, expected completion in Q2 of FY26. 5. Ongoing support for enhancing integration with the Electronic Immigration System (ELIS). The work performed is iterative and involves planning, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring. Period of Performance The performance period has been extended from January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026, with an initial six-month requirement followed by three two-month option periods. Place of Performance The contract work will be performed at locations associated with USCIS operations.
