Background The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), under the Department of Homeland Security, is extending the period of performance for task order #70SBUR21F00000125 as part of the Chief Information Officer—Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). This extension is justified, allowing for continued services in support of critical USCIS systems. Work Details The SPEED Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the need for Information Technology Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) services to operate and maintain major USCIS systems. The extension will cover six months with three two-month option periods, focusing on: 1. Recurring work on form development and organizational account work to improve H1B and H2-A registration processes as well as I-129 forms. 2. Continued delivery of Adjustment of Status (AOS) forms through Q3 of FY26. 3. Support for expanding online filing through PDF intake to transition immigration processing from paper-based to end-to-end electronic processing by increasing intake capacity for electronic filing via PDF Intake (PDFi). The work is iterative, involving planning, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring with integrated security at every stage. Period of Performance The total performance period extends from January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026, with an estimated total price of $3,338,169.91. Place of Performance The contract will be performed primarily at USCIS facilities where myUSCIS system operations are conducted.
