Place of Performance The project will take place in the Blue Lake 3rd Addition area located north of MacArthur Road and east of Hoover Road in Wichita, Kansas. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have a minimum of three years’ experience in similar services, knowledge of industry standards, and compliance with all applicable laws. They must also be registered with the Kansas Secretary of State’s Office before contract execution and have the capacity to acquire necessary bonds and insurance.
