Background

This sources sought notice is issued by the Government to conduct market research and identify interested parties capable of providing a Storage Shed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. The goal is to gather information that will help dictate a path forward for the contract. The agency is open to responses from all business categories, including large businesses. Work Details: The contractor shall deliver a Storage Shed with a Stone Base at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ in accordance with the specifications detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The specific tasks include: 1. Implementation of a 12x18 pad with a prefabricated 10x16 storage shed placed on it. 2. Construction of the 12x18 pad on-site using materials such as a 4x6 pressure treated wood border and 3 4 blue stone for the shed. 3. Installation of both the pad and the prefabricated shed. 4. Provision of all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary to deliver a complete and functional product as per customer approval. 5. Coordination with base authorities to gain access for installation. Period of Performance: From date of award to no later than September 30, 2026.
