Work Details: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, and labor necessary to install a new Scissor Dock Lift with controller at the JB MDL Postal Service Center located at 2907 Tuskegee Airmen Ave, JB MDL, NJ. The contractor is also responsible for removing the old scissor lift and its components. Specific requirements include: 1. Installation of a new single platform scissor dock lift that meets US Postal Service and local/state requirements. 2. Removal and disposal of the old scissor dock lift. 3. Specifications for the lift: - Raised height max: 70 inches - Lowered height: 8 inches - Height with mid rail: 45 inches - Power: A/C capable - Motor Voltage/Phase: 460/3 - Draw bridge on both ends of the lift. 4. Government-furnished property includes electrical power to the lift and a concrete pad measuring 72 inches wide by 120 inches long. Place of Performance: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, specifically at the Postal Service Center located at 2907 Tuskegee Airmen Ave.
