The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL is seeking sources that can provide non-personal services on behalf of the 42d Civil Engineering Squadron. This includes all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the cleaning and sanitizing of ductwork to include installation, maintenance, remediation efforts, and cleaning, of existing CIMR (Continuous Infection Microbial Reduction) Devices throughout buildings specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Background The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL is seeking sources to provide non-personal services for the 42d Civil Engineering Squadron. The goal of this contract is to ensure the cleaning and sanitizing of ductwork and the maintenance of Continuous Infection Microbial Reduction (CIMR) Devices across specified buildings. This initiative aims to enhance infection control and improve air quality within the facilities. Work Details The Contractor shall provide non-personal services including all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other necessary items to perform the following tasks: 1. **Sanitize and Clean Ducts**: Cleaning and sanitizing ductwork in specified buildings (Bldg. M1430, M1431, M1432, M1433, M1434, M1486, M1488, M1489, M1491, M696, and M697) on Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex. This includes installation and maintenance of CIMR devices that disinfect viruses, bacteria, mold, and fungi using hydrogen peroxide gas. 2. **Installation**: Provide electrical supply runs for the latest CIMR Technology devices in referenced buildings totaling approximately 430K SF. Refurbish existing or install new CIMR units as required (estimated quantity: 300). 3. **CIMR Treatment and Remediation**: Conduct an initial assessment within 5 days of Notice to Proceed (NTP), develop a cleaning/sanitizing work plan with facility managers, execute the plan within 10 days of approval, and complete full cleaning/sanitizing within 150 calendar days. 4. **Duct Cleaning**: Clean the entire air conveyance system including supply/return ducts, registers, grilles, diffusers, and air handling units. 5. **Site Cleaning**: Maintain a clean work site daily by removing debris and ensuring safety during operations. 6. **Reporting**: Provide monthly air quality reports to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and facility manager; coordinate work schedules with them at least 48 hours prior to any work. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex in Alabama.
