The intent of this contract is to furnish janitorial services for the LA Gateway Ranger District of the Angeles National Forest. The Contractor shall provide everything including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. LA Gateway Ranger District has a requirement for janitorial services for the district building. The district Office building is 2 stories and has approximately 4,250 square feet.

Services include: - Cleaning the front entryway to remove dust, dirt, debris, and trash; - Vacuuming carpets twice a week; - Cleaning all restrooms with disinfectant cleaners twice a week; - Maintaining cleanliness in all office spaces including conference rooms and corridors; - Ensuring trash is collected from work areas two days per week; - Replenishing restroom supplies as needed; - Ensuring that all areas present an overall appearance of cleanliness without damaging surfaces or carpets.
