This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services see attached SF1449 and attachments for further details. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office requires contractor support services to provide professional medical analysis in relationship to Reasonable Accommodations (RA) and assistance with the NAVSUP RA program to allow people with disabilities to participate in the job application process, perform the essential functions of a position, or enjoy equal benefits and privileges of employment as are enjoyed by similarly situated individuals without a disability. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, with a five-year ordering period, to a quoter whose response to this solicitation is most advantageous to the Government considering technical approach, past performance, and price.

Background The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office requires contractor support services to provide professional medical analysis related to Reasonable Accommodations (RA). This initiative aims to assist individuals with disabilities in participating in the job application process, performing essential job functions, and enjoying equal employment benefits. The NAVSUP EEO office's mission is to maintain a Model Equal Employment Opportunity Program compliant with EEO laws and regulations applicable to Federal employment within the Department of Navy (DON). The goal is to ensure that qualified employees and applicants with disabilities receive necessary accommodations unless it causes undue hardship. Work Details The contractor will provide the following services: 1) In-Person Medical Consultation services to evaluate reasonable accommodation requests, with an estimated quantity of 20 consultations; 2) Virtual Tele-Health Consultations for evaluating reasonable accommodation requests, with an estimated quantity of 110 consultations; 3) Travel in support of the In-Person Medical Consultations. The pricing arrangement for the consultations is firm fixed price, while travel will be billed as cost no fee. The contractor will deliver independent medical guidance, analysis, and opinions regarding NAVSUP Enterprise Employees' RA requests. Period of Performance The contract will have a five-year ordering period during which the services will be performed. Place of Performance The services will primarily be performed in the Continental United States.
