Background The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW) Kauai District is seeking a secured storage facility on the westside of Kauai to store fire and emergency response equipment and supplies. The goal of this contract is to ensure that emergency wildland fire equipment is securely stored and readily accessible during emergencies.
