Offering guidance on obtaining overdose prevention resources, including Narcan training and safe medication disposal practices. 6. Conducting evaluation strategies to measure campaign impact, including a post-campaign survey based on previous years' questions. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be significantly implemented before June 30, 2026, with the contract expiring on that date. Place of Performance The campaign will be conducted within Cecil County, Maryland. Bidder Requirements Bidders must demonstrate experience in designing effective campaigns for substance use disorder treatment and stigma reduction. They should possess the capacity to translate market research into successful campaigns, have a responsive in-house team capable of managing the project scope, and provide monthly performance reports on promotional initiatives.
