Conducting evaluation strategies to measure campaign impact, including a post-campaign survey based on previous years' questions. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be significantly implemented before June 30, 2026, with the contract expiring on that date. Place of Performance The campaign will be conducted within Cecil County, Maryland.
