Work Details The contractor will provide ONE (1) ANCO Mixer, Model # 3310A-05V, Heavy Duty Flocculator Drive or an approved equivalent. The mixer must include the following salient features: - A gear reducer with a 1/2 HP, 1730 RPM, 460 volt, 3-phase, 60 cycle TEFC gearmotor with a canopy. - A traction disc type mechanical variable speed drive with an adjustment handwheel. - A helical gearbox that is splash lubricated. - An output shaft that rotates at 6.0 to 30.0 RPM. - An output coupling that mates with the existing shaft coupling. The drive output flange must match the existing unit and bolt to the existing mount plate. Period of Performance The contract will be performed upon award. Delivery of the mixer is expected within 65 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO). Place of Performance The delivery location for the mixer will be specified by the Virginia Department of Corrections.
