The vendor shall furnish all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) except those items specified as Government furnished property and Services. The purpose of this non-personal services contract is to ensure that the facilities are maintained to high cleanliness standards, supporting the agency's mission to manage and protect national forests. Work Details The vendor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other necessary items to deliver custodial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: 1. Daily cleaning of facilities including emptying waste baskets, washing toilet stools with disinfectant, sweeping and mopping floors; 2. Weekly recycling services from designated areas; 3. Deep cleaning in emergency situations as directed by the Contracting Officer (CO); 4. Maintenance of cleanliness standards as defined by Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL); 5. Use of less-toxic cleaning products to protect septic systems; 6. Compliance with safety directives and reporting any accidents within 24 hours.
