The Black Hills National Cemetery (BHNC) has an immediate need for alarm monitoring services to ensure the safety and security of its facilities located at 20901 Pleasant Valley Drive, Sturgis, SD 57785. This contract aims to provide fire monitoring services that comply with federal regulations for public buildings. Work Details The contractor will provide off-site monitoring of fire alarms via a cellular dialer, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and priority responses to local fire authorities. The contractor must work with existing equipment and systems at BHNC, adhering to NFPA 72 standards. Specific tasks include: - CLIN 0001 - Monthly fire monitoring services, including diagnostic checks and monthly reports; - CLIN 0002 - Annual testing and inspection of fire systems, providing written reports to confirm operational status. Deliverables include detailed reports documenting conditions affecting system operation, inspections of all components, testing of devices, and recommendations for any deficiencies found.
