Description of Requirement

The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of: Purchasing and installing a new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and associated components for an existing SCADA system. Removing and properly disposing of the existing UPS and components in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Removing conduit and conductors that will not be reused. Providing new conduit and conductors where needed. Performing all electrical work, integration, and testing to ensure full operational capability of the SCADA system after installation. Complying with Bureau of Reclamation standards and all applicable federal, state, and local codes. The UPS will be solicited as brand name or equal in accordance with FAR 11.104. Salient characteristics will be provided in the solicitation.

Scope

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. Anticipated period of performance: approximately 1 year.

Submission Requirements
