Background The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is seeking to procure one new office trailer or conex style office. The goal of this contract is to provide a functional workspace at the Rathbun Lake Information Center, which supports the agency's mission to manage and protect water resources and related infrastructure. Work Details The contractor is required to deliver, offload, and install one (1) new office trailer with the following specifications: - Dimensions: 8 feet x 24 feet - Plumbing: None - Electrical: - 100-amp service disconnect - 100-amp breaker box - Electrical outlets - Exterior security light - Access: Include steps to access the unit, if required. - HVAC, Lighting, & Ventilation: Required for all areas. - Safety: Smoke alarms must be adequately installed per individual rooms. - Climate Control: Heat and air conditioning. - Installation: On-site setup including leveling blocks, tie downs, vinyl skirting, and labor required. - The trailer must be ADA compliant with stairs and have windows that open with screens. It should also include vinyl, tile, or laminate flooring throughout. A minimum one-year warranty covering the entire structure and components is required. Period of Performance The contractor shall provide notice of delivery, offloading, and installation five (5) business days prior to commencement. Place of Performance The office trailer will be delivered and installed at the Rathbun Lake Information Center located at 20112 Hwy J5T, Centerville, IA 52544.
