Background The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) for the purpose of establishing a hybrid firm-fixed-priced (FFP), time and materials (T&M) purchase order for preventative and corrective maintenance of ice machines at DLA Distribution Albany, Robins Georgia (DDAG). The goal of the contract is to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of ice machines used in DLA facilities. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service for Ice Machines: Perform PM services on 10 units, which includes 2 PMs per year as per Paragraph 1.1 in the Statement of Work. 2. Corrective Maintenance (CM): Provide hourly labor rates to perform equipment repairs in conjunction with CM as outlined in Paragraph 2 of the Statement of Work. The number of hours is an estimate; payment will be based on actual hours worked. 3. Replacement Parts: Supply replacement parts necessary for equipment repairs during CM, with reimbursement provided for actual costs as specified in Paragraph 4.0 of the Statement of Work. Period of Performance The contract will have a base year from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with two option years extending through January 31, 2029.
