Background The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West (HCD-W), located in San Diego, CA, is issuing this justification for a sole source acquisition of TigerConnect Scheduling Services on behalf of the 673rd Medical Group at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continuation and deployment of TigerConnect Scheduling services to support the medical group's operational needs. Work Details The contract involves a fixed price Purchase Order service contract with TigerConnect, Inc. for the following tasks: 1) Design, configure, and deploy the Cloud-Based Solution website 'TigerConnect Scheduling' to 250 users. 2) Design, configure, and deploy capabilities for TigerConnect Scheduling integrations and new features as updates occur. 3) Provide a TigerConnect Support Line for all users. 4) Design, configure, and deploy complete provider scheduling capabilities. 5) Provide Enterprise Implementation Services as necessary. 6) Provide a Project Manager during and after implementation or necessary schedule building. 7) Provide a Customer Success Manager after implementation. 8) Comply with defined Cloud-based architecture. 9) Comply with defined Health Care Regulatory Requirements. 10) Comply with defined Uptime Standards. 11) Comply with Service Updates.
