At the previous airshow, the Commander's VIP Tent accommodated over 200 VIPs each day. The contractor shall provide all required equipment, materials, and labor to deliver, set up, and subsequently tear down and remove temporary tents, tables, chairs, linens, and outdoor furniture. All provided items must be in clean, well-maintained, and serviceable condition IAW the SOW.

Background The 75th ABW Airshow Committee is responsible for organizing the Commander’s VIP Tent for the 2026 Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow. The tent aims to create a first-class environment for hosting state and local leaders, as well as distinguished guests invited by the commander. The previous airshow's VIP Tent successfully accommodated over 200 VIPs each day. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to deliver, set up, and subsequently tear down and remove temporary tents, tables, chairs, linens, and outdoor furniture for the airshow. The setup will support the Commander's VIP Tent. All items must be clean, well-maintained, and serviceable. Specific items to be delivered and installed include: - 1 x 30’ x 50’ white canopy tent with supports and hardware - 1 x 30’ x 60’ white canopy tent with supports and hardware - 16 x 1800 lb. cement bases for secure anchoring - 475 white plastic folding chairs - 6 three-person wicker outdoor couches - 12 one-person wicker outdoor chairs - 40 round tables (60-inch) - 6 outdoor wooden side/end tables suitable for couch/chair sets - Linens in red, white, and blue sizes appropriate for the tables (26 of each color) Services to be performed include: - Delivery and Setup: Transporting, unloading, and fully installing all items listed. - Teardown and Removal: Dismantling all provided equipment and removing it from the site. Period of Performance Event Dates: June 27-28, 2026; Required Setup Completion by June 25, 2026; Required Removal Completion by June 29, 2026. Place of Performance Work will be performed on the flight line at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The specific setup location will be designated by the Point of Contact.
