In addition, removal of reference to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures due to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul implementation resulting from Executive Order 14275. The solicitation will now close on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 1000 Central Time. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
