Scope
This action will award a firm fixed price contract for authorized distributors or resellers of Brand Name: Zarges - Aluminum Storage Cases that meet the spec requirements. Requirements: See Attached Spec Document details listed below. P/N: K470-40845 Quantity: 10 Custom Foam, Ethafoam , 4101 FR , Zarges Custom K470 Case Design 05-06-25 __________________________________________________________________________ - Email subject line must include Solicitation Number and vendor name at beginning of subject line. - See attached documents for the product description and quantity - Award will be based on the best value of the government considering pricing, delivery, quality and past performance. - Email quotes as a PDF file to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above. - The Government will not accept late quotes. - The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete. - Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote. - Vendor must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). - If shipping is not included in the price, include a line item for shipping. - Vendors must ensure that they have received a response within 24 hours after quote has been submitted to remain competitive.
