Background The NJCPA Cooperative Pricing System is seeking to establish catalog pricing for fencing purchase, installation, and repair services. The products, services, and prices offered will be made available to all Co-op members, including local municipal governments, public schools, vocational schools, counties, and other quasi-public entities throughout New Jersey. The objective is to provide the lowest pricing possible for a large pool of users while allowing vendors the opportunity to gain a significant customer base across the state. The need for fencing may vary among Cooperative Members. Work Details The contract includes various types of fencing materials and services: 1. **Chain Link Fence**: Galvanized Steel with Top Rail and Mini Mesh options. 2. **Vinyl Coated Wire**: Powder Coated Frame with standard colors (Dark Green, Olive Green, Brown or Black). 3. **Wood Fencing**: Options include Spruce, Cedar, and Split Rail styles. 4. **Ornamental Metal Fencing**: Available in Steel and Aluminum. 5. **Vinyl Fence**: Various styles including Picket and Privacy. 6. **Razor Wire**: Including support brackets. 7. **Wooden Snow Fence**: Including 72" steel T posts. 8. **Plastic Barrier/Safety Fence**: High-Visibility Orange with 72" steel T posts included. 9. **Temporary Fencing**: Both purchase and rental options available. 10. **Existing Fence Removal & Disposal**: Labor rates for removal of existing fences and disposal costs. 11. **Fence Repair Services**: Includes repairs for Chain Link, Wood, Metal, and Vinyl fencing materials. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a 24-month period commencing on the date of award. Place of Performance Services will be provided throughout the State of New Jersey to various Co-op members. Bidder Requirements Bidders must submit a Prequalification Affidavit if bidding on public works projects exceeding $20,000 for a Board of Education. Bidders must also provide copies of all applicable certificates and licenses required in New Jersey for fencing installation and repair. A performance bond may be requested by NJCPA Co-op Members at a cost per $1,000.
