Period of Performance The contract's period of performance is not explicitly stated but will involve implementation phases leading up to a go-live date followed by ongoing support. The project is expected to be completed within a timeframe that aligns with the university's operational needs. Place of Performance The primary place of performance will be Clemson University in South Carolina. The system may also involve cloud-based hosting solutions managed by the vendor.
