Background The Town of Woodstock is seeking qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for concrete repairs on White Rock Court. The project aims to enhance the infrastructure by replacing driveway aprons, curb and gutter sections, and a large entrance within the cul-de-sac. Work Details The scope of work includes: - Replacement of 21 driveway aprons totaling approximately 2,484 square feet. - Replacement of curb and gutter fronting driveways totaling approximately 460 linear feet. - Replacement of a large entrance in the cul-de-sac totaling approximately 1,170 square feet. - Replacement of curb and gutter fronting a large driveway totaling approximately 110 linear feet. - Provision of traffic control, site safety measures, and protection for existing improvements and adjacent properties. - Coordination with residents for access and notifications. - Maintenance of clean and safe work zones, including restoration of disturbed areas not otherwise specified. Bidder Requirements Bidders must provide evidence of a contractor’s certificate of registration as required by Virginia law (minimum Class B).
