Air Handling Units (AHU) Filter Replacement for PAD

Background

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is responsible for procuring services necessary for the maintenance and operation of VA facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems at the VA Palo Alto Campus by replacing air filters in Air Handling Units (AHUs). This initiative supports the agency's mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans. Work Details: The contractor will be required to perform air filter replacement services on 96 Air Handling Units (AHUs) located at the VA Palo Alto Campus. The tasks include: - Assessing the current condition of air filters in each AHU. - Removing old filters and disposing of them in accordance with environmental regulations. - Installing new filters that meet specified standards for air quality and efficiency. - Ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations and standards set forth by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Place of Performance: The services will be performed at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, located at 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94303.
