DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: The Iowa City VA Health Care System (ICVAHCS) needs a 5-year Firm Fixed Priced Contract one (1) Base year and Four (4) option years for maintenance and repair of the three chillers and all associated equipment listed in the Statement of Work. The Contractor will perform operating inspection(s), routine operating inspections, annual preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance, to include maintenance and repairs, as necessary, emergency service calls, to maintain the machines in a serviceable condition.
