Background NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) has designed an Upper Elevon Heater Carriage for an upcoming ground test effort and is seeking a vendor to fabricate and deliver the Carriage components according to the design drawings provided by NASA AFRC. The goal of this contract is to ensure the successful fabrication of test hardware components that will be integral to the overall test setup design being formulated by NASA AFRC. Work Details The contractor is responsible for fabricating and delivering the components for the Upper Elevon Heater Carriage as per the provided design drawings. The fabrication must be completed within a maximum of 12 weeks after contract award, with earlier completion being desirable. The deliverables include: - 2 units of Elevon Dolly Fabrication (Part Number: FLL-HPROJ-0050-101) - 1 unit of Elevon Water Manifold Bracket (Part Number: FLL-HPROJ-0074-101) - 2 units of Root Hinge Line Axis Feature (Part Number: FLL-HPROJ-0053-101) - 4 units of In/Outboard Hinge Line Axis Feature (Part Number: FLL-HPROJ-0053-103) - 1 unit of Inboard Reflector Frame (Part Number: FLL-HPROJ-0046-101) - 2 units of Kuchemann Frame (Part Number: FLL-HPROJ-0073-101). Upon completion, components are to be shipped to NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, B-4876, WH 6, Lilly Ave, Edwards, CA 93524. Contractors must inform NASA one week in advance of delivery to coordinate logistics.
