Background The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for the procurement of commercial water heaters and valves. Work Details The contract includes the provision of the following items: 1. 6 units of 100,000 BTU commercial water heaters, manufactured by H.E.M., part number H100SU-200(A), to be delivered to TDCJ's Plan-E Unit Maintenance at 904 FM 86, Dayton, TX 77535. 2. 6 units of 2" pressure reducing valves, manufactured by Legend, part number 01-00P8-NL200, to be delivered to the same location. 3. 6 units of 1-1/2" pressure reducing valves, manufactured by Legend, part number 01-00P72N0L0, also for delivery to TDCJ's Plan-E Unit Maintenance. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the bid documents. Delivery is required within a set number of days after receipt of order. Place of Performance Deliveries will be made to TDCJ's Plan-E Unit Maintenance located at 904 FM 86, Dayton, TX 77535. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with all applicable state laws and regulations regarding procurement. They must not be debarred or suspended from receiving federal contracts and must provide proof of compliance with E-Verify requirements for employment eligibility verification.
