Background The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) is seeking to enhance its recruiting efforts by providing 145 detachments, 4 regions, and HQ AFROTC with the ability to purchase a variety of marketing items from government-approved vendors. This initiative aims to streamline the procurement process for numerous marketing items that are essential for detachment-specific and AFROTC-specific recruitment activities. Work Details The contract requires vendors to supply a wide range of tailored marketing items labeled with AFROTC and Detachment logos, contact information, and other requested details. The items include, but are not limited to: pens, stress balls, signs, banners, stickers, bags, T-shirts, polo shirts, caps, sunglasses, water bottles, cups/tumblers, travel mugs. The quantities for each item will vary based on the specific recruiting needs of the requesting AFROTC Detachment or Region. An inventory list is provided in Attachment 1 as a representation of common items from recent years; however, it is not exhaustive as items and quantities may change annually. Place of Performance Items will be shipped to various AFROTC Detachments and Regions located across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
