Background This solicitation is issued by the USDA for the secure relocation and recertification of a PacBio Revio r84156 device from one laboratory to another within the same campus in Kerrville, TX. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the device is safely moved and properly certified for operational use at its new location. Securely relocate the PacBio Revio r84156 from Building 38 to Building 998, which are approximately 182 meters apart. The relocation must be scheduled within 10 calendar days from award, with at least five business days' notice prior to arrival on site. 2. Provide all necessary labor, travel expenses, packaging consumables (including disposal), and any equipment rental as part of a firm fixed price. 3. Ensure that packing/crating does not damage the device and secures it during transport. 4. Unpack/uncrate the device without causing damage and conduct an OEM specification recertification and operational test upon completion of unpacking, providing all required documentation.
