Background The Rhode Island Lottery, part of the Rhode Island Department of Revenue, is seeking bids for the provision of instant ticket scrapers. Work Details The contractor will supply 150,000 white plastic scrapers with an attached key ring. Each scraper will feature an imprint of the Rhode Island Lottery logo in two colors: blue and green. Additionally, the scrapers should be packaged in groups of 200 per plastic bag, with the total quantity clearly labeled on each carton. Period of Performance Delivery is required within 60 to 80 days following the award of the bid. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to the Rhode Island Lottery at 1425 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920. Bidder Requirements Bidders must include a sample with their sealed bid proposal and provide confirmation that they are registered as a State vendor on the State Purchasing website. Vendors must also submit an insurance certificate and three references with their proposal. To participate in MBE/WBE/DisBE/VBE programs, vendors must be certified by the State of Rhode Island's Office of Diversity Equity and Opportunity or the Governor’s Commission on Disabilities.
