Background The Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to procure calibration services from Instrotek, Inc. These services are necessary to meet accreditation requirements for laboratory materials and testing instruments, ensuring compliance with AASHTO R18 and ASTM C1077 standards. Work Details The contractor will provide calibration services that adhere to the following requirements: - Ensure all Information and Communication Technology (ICT) deliverables meet Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the ICT Final Standards and Guidelines (508 Refresh) at 36 CFR Part 1194. - ICT is defined as information technology and other equipment, systems, technologies, or processes for creating, manipulating, storing, displaying, receiving, or transmitting electronic data and information.
