Background The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is seeking bids for the Fabrication and Delivery of Universal Maintenance Luminaire Poles. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary infrastructure for lighting maintenance across various locations in Montana. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for fabricating and delivering a total of 55 Universal Maintenance Luminaire Poles, distributed as follows: - 15 poles to Kalispell, - 10 poles to Missoula, - 15 poles to Billings, - 15 poles to Helena. All deliveries are to be made FOB MDT-Destination by May 15, 2026. The poles must meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation documents. Period of Performance The contract performance period is from the date of award until May 15, 2026. Place of Performance The luminaire poles will be delivered to four locations in Montana: Kalispell, Missoula, Billings, and Helena. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with the Single Point of Contact requirement and agree to the State of Montana contract standards. They must also adhere to delivery, warranty, descriptive literature, and All-or-None Award requirements. Additionally, bidders are required to confirm their compliance with nondiscrimination policies regarding firearms entities.
